TabSight Settings

Open Settings from the gear icon in the dock header toolbar.

General

Launch at Login

Start TabSight automatically when you log in to your Mac. Uses macOS SMAppService for reliable login-item registration.

Dock

Edge

Choose which screen edge the dock attaches to: left or right. The dock defaults to the right edge on first launch.

Interaction Mode

Hover — Dock expands when your mouse enters the strip area and collapses when it leaves.

Click — Dock expands and collapses only when you click.

Refresh Interval

How often the tab list updates while the dock is expanded. The default is every few seconds. A shorter interval keeps the list more current; a longer interval uses fewer resources.

Privacy

Automation Permission

Direct link to System Settings → Privacy & Security → Automation. TabSight needs this permission to communicate with your browsers (Safari, Chrome) via AppleScript.

Note: If you revoke Automation permission while TabSight is running, the tab list will stop updating. Re-enable the permission and restart TabSight to resume.

Tip Jar

TabSight is free. If you find it useful, you can leave a tip via the coffee cup button in the dock toolbar. Tips are processed through LemonSqueezy — one-time payment, no subscription.
