Getting Started

1. Grant Automation Permission

When first launched, macOS asks for permission to control Safari and/or Chrome. Click OK to allow TabSight to read your open tabs.

2. Understanding the Dock

TabSight uses a floating dock panel on the edge of your screen:

3. Switching Tabs

Click any tab in the list to switch to it. The browser brings that window forward and activates the tab.

Troubleshooting

Automation permission denied?

Status bar icon invisible?

Tabs not updating?

Dock not appearing?

Important: TabSight requires Automation permission to communicate with your browsers via AppleScript. This permission is safe and only allows reading window/tab info and switching tabs.
