Refund Eligibility
You ARE Eligible for a Refund If:
- You request a refund within 14 days of your original purchase date
- This is your first purchase of SafeRag Pro (no repeat refunds)
- You purchased directly through our official store (corixa.io or LemonSqueezy)
You May NOT Be Eligible for a Refund If:
- More than 14 days have passed since your purchase
- You've previously received a refund for SafeRag
- You purchased through an unauthorized reseller
- The license was obtained through fraud or chargebacks
How to Request a Refund

Include Your Purchase Information
Provide the email address used for purchase and your order number (found in your purchase confirmation email)
We Process Your Refund
We'll verify your purchase and process your refund within 2-3 business days
Receive Your Money
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
What Happens After a Refund
Once your refund is processed:
- Your SafeRag Pro license will be deactivated
- Pro features will be locked, but the app will continue to work in limited mode
- Your local data (chats, documents) remains on your Mac
- You can continue using SafeRag with trial/free limitations

Special Circumstances
Technical Issues
If SafeRag isn't working properly on your Mac, please contact support first. Many issues can be resolved quickly, and we're happy to help troubleshoot. If we can't resolve the issue, we'll gladly process a refund regardless of the 14-day window.
Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchased SafeRag twice, contact us immediately and we'll refund the duplicate purchase, no questions asked.
Chargebacks
Volume/Team Licenses
For volume or team license purchases (5+ licenses), refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact support@corixa.io to discuss your situation.
Educational Discounts
Licenses purchased with student/education discounts are eligible for refunds under the same 14-day policy. The refund will be for the discounted amount paid.

Generally, no. However, if you're experiencing technical issues that prevent SafeRag from working, contact us and we'll work with you to find a solution, which may include a refund.
What if I want to buy again later?
If you receive a refund and later decide to purchase SafeRag again, you're welcome to do so. However, you won't be eligible for another refund on subsequent purchases.
Do you offer partial refunds?
No, we only offer full refunds within the 14-day window. After 14 days, no refunds are available.
What about early bird pricing?
Purchases made during early bird pricing are refunded at the amount you actually paid (the early bird price), not the regular price.
